"Every phase of the project went smoothly and professioally. . FSBD provided a 3-D rendering of the project and then once we agreed upon size and color, they handles all the parperwork with both our HOA and the county. Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. We also contracted for a front step handrail which matches our house perfectly and provides added safety to our home. Since then many of our neighbors have stopped by to see the deck and have also chosen FSBD to build decks for them. All have said the projects are going as planned and they all are equally satisfied with FSBD"

"I have hired JC Remodeling to do a number of projects for me over the years. For this project, I asked them to recommend and install a security camera system at my home. Joe and Bob spent time reviewing my needs with me and recommended a modern security camera system for my home that has 7 high resolution IP security cameras and a network video recorder. After understanding my needs, Joe and Bob recommended the placement and types of cameras for the different locations and then wired all of the cameras with category 6 ethernet cable to the network video recorder that is located in my basement. They created detailed instructions for viewing the cameras from the basement, from another computer, or from Android and iPhone apps. I am very happy with the security camera system that was installed and use the cameras all of the time. I would certainly recommend JC Remodeling if you have a similar project."

We hired him to completely demo our master bathroom and install a new tile shower, tile floor, new vanity, storage cabinet, toilet, etc. He finished on time and on budget. He showed up on time every day and even worked weekends so we could have a functioning bathroom as soon as possible. He was in constant communication with us and provided updates with his progress as well as discussing the best way to resolve any unforeseen issues. We also really liked Brian's approach to supplies and materials. We purchased the major items such as tile, vanity, countertop, toilet, fixtures, etc. For other basic building supplies, we purchased a type of contractor spending card from a big-box store that Brian could use to purchase everything else. Receipts were emailed directly to us. We are thrilled with the final results. Brian takes pride in everything he does, no matter how minor of a job it is. We plan on having Brian and BPD Construction back for a basement renovation later this year."
