"Santosusso Construction did an amazing job on stepping in to save the day on a fix and flip project that was started by a previous construction company. It would have been completely understandable if Steve, the owner, would’ve opted out from doing the work. But instead, he jumped in, provided a fair price and brought only licensed and expert tradesmen onto the project to get the property sold. After experiencing his dedication to this project, and seeing first hand that he went above and beyond of what was expected, I hired him to renovate my home. Steve is very thorough, honest and was always ready to answer any questions that I had. He kept me updated daily regarding the progress of the construction and assured me that the renovation would be done on time. I would highly recommend Santosusso Construction over any other construction company in the Delaware Valley. And I will 100% be using them again in the future."

"Fast, responsive, caring, cleaned up every time before leaving. Took on extra jobs for us while waiting on cabinets. Fantastic service and worked great with my cabinet designer! We Had a delayed shipment on our end and the Owner Mike worked around the mishap using that time to redo our basement and laundry room!! 10 stars!"

"We decided to replace our powder room toilet and discovered  the installer cut a hole in the wall to fit the original toilet. So now we needed a new toilet and the wall patched.  Doc gave me the best estimated that included finishing the patch.  Every other quote was the same price but only included one visit and a rough patch. Doc made multiple visits and even included the first coat of paint!  So I ordered a smaller toilet from a big box store (trademark color is ORANGE) and made my appointments accordingly.  Doc could've finished the job within a week (including the MULTIPLE visits to sand and reapply mud) but the big box store lost half of my toilet, and it had to be reordered.  Doc did a great job, I appreciate his punctuality, I appreciate his knowledge of the trade, and I Absolutely appreciate the fact that he aligned the toilet to bring out the best aspects of my DIY Press and stick floor tile application.  There was a misunderstanding that was IMMEDIATELY remedied, and I have no issue with calling Doc for my other plumbing and minor remodeling needs.

"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. Thank you Ronda for a wonderful new kitchen!"

"I had a leak upstairs in my 2nd floor bathroom which in turn ruined most of my first floor ceiling and floors. It was stressful and I was not sure what to do first despite my insurance covering the damages. Trying to find the right people was very difficult. After much research and multiple quotes, I decided to go with JA DRYWALL. From the first day Isaias came to give me the quote, to the last day his father, George finished the painting... JA DRYWALL did what was promised and more. After each day of work, house was cleaned and livable. All of the JA DRYWALL employees were professional and courteous. It is good to know that I was able to trust a company to do the work as promised without any worries. Thank you JA DRYWALL for making my home looking like it was before the leak... It looks like a brand new ceiling. Your work and professionalism is amazing."

"Sam did a great job bringing our 100 year old floors and our house to life! Sam and his team were super flexible and were able to come earlier that we had originally agreed on so we could get moved into our new house a little sooner! Throughout the entire process Sam was quick to send a ton progress pictures and quick to text back to answer any questions. We look forward to having him and his team back out to complete the final room in our house, thanks Sam!"
