He was great about trying to get it up fir family coming to visit, unfortunately the delivery service failed in getting me the system before Thanksgiving and over a week later than expected, the hoop was delivered and Tri-State came out to install. Overall, great experience and I would recommend."

"We have used JC Remodeling for several large projects since 2012. This was by far the largest project we have had them do - finishing a 1,300-1,400 sq. ft. basement. The project included obtaining all required permits and framing and finishing a large open area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and three unfinished areas for storage. Joe and Janice spent hours with me discussing the different options for the basement, from the overall concept of the project down to the small details like the location of the light fixtures and the placement of bath hooks. Joe and his team executed the plan from beginning to end and the project was finished in the time promised and at the price quoted. They worked every weekday (and occasionally on the weekends - after asking our permission first) from the day the project started to the day it was completed. Specifically, they: framed the walls of the finished areas with openings for entrance doors; opened the foundation wall to install a window in the bedroom area; removed one finished side of the existing basement stairway wall so you can look out over the basement when you are walking down the stairs - and built and angled knee wall at the bottom; installed supply and returns for HVAC with registers in the finished areas; installed a sewage ejector pump and ran water pipes from the water supply and sewage pipes from the fixtures to the ejector pump; ran electrical lines for light fixtures, power outlets, bath exhaust fans, and the ejector pump; installed dimmer switches in multiple locations; ran category 6 ethernet cable, coaxial cable, and alarm wires; installed smoke/CO2 detector in the new bedroom; installed insulation and drywall on the walls and ceiling; installed 6 doors to the finished areas as well as closet doors for the bedroom; built a shower tile base/pan and tiled shower floor and walls and installed frameless shower doors; installed tiles on floor of the bathroom; installed bathroom fixtures (showerhead, diverter, toilet, vanity with sink) and bathroom accessories; installed baseboards and door and window moldings; installed laminate flooring throughout the finished area; stained, polyurethaned, and installed oak treads and risers on stairway; and primed and painted ceilings, walls, doors, trims, and moldings. That description of the work completed does not explain the level of detail with which Joe and his team viewed this project. Every step along the way was meticulously thought through to ensure that the finished project would be perfect. We cannot say enough good things about JC Remodeling and the basement that we will enjoy for years to come! I highly recommend them for any similar projects!"

"Robbie was a life saver, as I wasn't sure how I was going to deal with the filing the two doors. He let me know the glass door didn't have a real lock but he could put one in to match my front door. He even suggested which glass door would be best (I have three.) He was very personable, friendly, helpful, and willing to do the extra job that suddenly came up without a fuss. He spent a few hours making sure he covered all the bases and that I was satisfied. He even phoned me cause he saw me lingering at the front door lock when he was pulling away to make sure everything was okay. (I was actually trying to take the combination key lock off the door which had nothing to do with the work he did.) You can imagine how exhausted my husband and I are with this big move, and to have someone come in and take something unexpected off our list with such attention to detail was just amazing! I will without a doubt recommend Harvey's services to anyone."

"We LOVE our slide-out shelves!  Tom, Tony, and their installer Scott were all awesome to deal with.  These guys came out to our house in mid-July for an on-site quote, and we had our stuff installed in less than 2 weeks.  The craftsmanship of their shelves is excellent, and their price was great compared to ShelfGenie, who had a much longer lead time for installation.   <br /> We asked them to retrofit our existing drawers with Blum full extension slides, which they were able to do pretty easily.     <br /> All in all, it was a great experience.  They're polite, on-time, easy to deal with, and they did exactly what we asked for.  Their price is very reasonable for what you get. <br /> Every time I open a pull-out shelf in our kitchen, I'm impressed with the quality of it.   <br /> <br />"
