"One star. Do not use this company. Our garage door was not closing flush, and they recommended inserting a metal strut to straighten the panel. We agreed to the $400 repair instead of their $2,000 quote to replace the door. The repair made the problem significantly worse ? the panel is now even more disjointed than before they touched it. We called the next day. They said they would send someone, but the technician ran late claiming a flat tire. When he finally arrived, he admitted the door was worse than before the repair and said it now needed full replacement. The $400 "fix" only created more damage. We requested a refund, and the technician called his manager, who was extremely rude and refused to refund a penny. The only offer was $400 off a $2,000 replacement door ? meaning we would pay $1,600 more to the company that caused the damage. That is not a resolution; that is being asked to spend five times what we already paid to fix their mistake."
