He also suggested an inexpensive way for me to light up the inside of my garage vs him re-wiring. He will be back to install a door bell that hasn't been working for years even though we've had 2 "handymen" try to do it in the last. We finally have up until Tony said he could do it. This guy is awesome!"

"From start to finish an excellent experience.  We got quotes from Airtite and 2 other window places.  Airtite was the least expensive.  First the salesman came to our home and provided a quote.  He was not pushy.  We decided we wanted to see the windows so we went to the store and ended up upgrading to a better window.  The ordered our windows and told us 4 to 6 weeks, they arrived in less than 4 weeks and we were able to get them installed immediately.  They said the installers would be here between 8 and 9am Saturday morning.  They got here at 8am.  Took out the 5 old windows we were replacing put in the new ones, cleaned up and were done by noon.  We are absolutely going to call them again to replace more windows.  <br />"

"The roofing job was done efficiently and with good results.  The problems occurred after the work weas completed.  We  found one of the roof support beams was cracked, most probably from dumping the heavy bundles of shingles.  When first contacted, they sent someone out to corret the problem.  This occurred in a location that was easily accessible ao it was easily spotted.  A couple of weeks later we were having the attic cleaned out due to raccoon infestation and when they fionished the work, my son went up  to insure the work was complete and found another cracked rafter.  We called Apek back to have it repaired.  Their attitude was we don't think we did it unless yo have pictures showing it before the roof was installed.  Now, who goes up into their attic to take pictures?  Apek contends they did not cause the problem and wont fix it.  Further, they provided proof of insurance when contract was signed and when I attempted to file a claim, I was told they were not insured.  I called Apek and told them this, they said they were insured but refused to give me the name of the insurer.  Overall, workmanship on the roof was acceptable, but their professionalism leaves a lot to be desired.  Would  use them again, probably not since I can't trust what they say. <br />"

Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless.
