"We have had K Fedewa Builders do our roofing and new floor and countertop in our kitchen and was very pleased with everything and the timely matter that it was done in. And are planning on them doing the siding on our house this Spring."

"After a severe wind storm that ripped off roof shingles which allowed rain into my kitchen, a friend referred me to Nyboer Builders. Jay, the owner, came to assess the situation and counseled us on different ways to tackle the issue. He also came several times to oversee and make sure things were going right once the project was in progress. In the beginning, as the demolish unfolded, they found an area that was previously done improperly and wasn't to code. Knowing it was a hazard to our family, he made sure to call in a structural engineer to fix the framing and roofing matter. He kindly worked with us since the insurance company wouldn't cover it due to it being a skylight issue where the former owner cut trusses. It was an unexpected additional $1200 and with our large family, he was willing to do a payment plan. No fault to the Nyboer Builders Company this part of the project extended the length of the project, which bumped our date to getting things done. However, Nyboer Builders returned immediately to finish the project and did a superb job. All my neighbors thought we were remodeling and came to peek in. Everyone of them (6) were impressed with the kitchen ceiling remodel and the paint job that was done.

Jay and his team at Nyboer Builders are dedicated, and do fine high quality work. The Hatch Family are grateful for his professionalism, skilled craftsmenship, and being willing to work with us. As a matter of fact, we our moving and needing to do some minor repairs quickly to be able to get the house on the market and Jay was able to fit us in since our deadline is a rush situation."

"Loay Jabbar provided the information I needed quickly and clearly. I immediately signed up for full coverages for our two homes because of the discounts offered and because of the quality of service that Loay is saying and promising Choice Home Warranty provides to its customers. I have bad experiences with other home warranty companies so I am hoping I found the best company that would deliver the best service."

"Marketplace Homes has managed two residential rental properties for me, and everything has always been very easy. They coordinate showings, negotiated rent with tenants, and hired contractors as needed at each property. I would use them for any rental property I have in the future!"

"They did a great job in designing and building my new home! Pete was one of the best builders to be around. Henry gave us the freedom to move things around and helped us out a ton with our indecisive choices we made! Great group of guys!!"

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"If you are in need of a contractor, I would highly recommend Home Studio by Omega. It is truly a one stop shop for all of your home remodeling needs. The team is so professional and trustworthy, and made what can normally be a very stressful endeavor seamless. We have had terrible experiences with contractors in the past, and now we won't use anyone else but Home Studio!"
