"1920 home had ZERO insulation!! Dean and his team did a great job for an AMAZING price!! Walls, attic basement sills, under flooring in the crawl space, dining room window 'bump out' and a porch area I have converted to a pantry/laundry room. Some Blown-in, some batt and board and some spray foam. Thoroughly discussed why which insulations were the best choices for the areas we were remedying. Everything was clean and you couldn't even tell they had been here!! In and out in less than a day!! Had originally been told 4-6 weeks before they could make it out but we worked out a Sat and it was done within 2 weeks!! I am SOOO happy, can't wait to see how my NISPCO budget changes =-) I wasn't home, had to lock my kitties in a room and Dean even let my babies back out when they left!! I am also a Realtor and would not hesitate referring D&N to any one of my clients!!!"

"Great work. I was insulating my barn and doing something out of the ordinary based on the limited electrical power I had available and no natural gas. They took the time to listen to my wants and ask the appropriate questions to understand. I applied 6” of closed cell foam on the roof and 4” of closed cell on the walls. They showed up on time and stuck with the job until it was finished leaving the barn cleaner than it was when they started. "The owner of USA Insulation, Mark Owens, and his associate spent over an hour inspecting every nook and cranny of my 2800 Sq. Ft. two story home. After which, Mark spent a lot more time reviewing the current situation regarding my home's insulation. Then he thoroughly explained what needed to be done to correct the situation I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and explanation of options. In the end, I decided that the one or two more years I intended to be in this home was not worth the investment. I suggested a partial and less expensive fix that would have resulted in a contract for him. Instead of taking my money, he explained why this would not fix the issue in the coldest room in the house and why it would not be a wise investment for me. I have great respect for his integrity and would recommend him as a professional of the highest caliber. If I should decide not to move in a few years, I will be calling USA Insulation, Mark Owens."

"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from. I would definitely use them if needed in the future."

"Brian came to give estimate (I already had three estimates, but I am thankful I contacted Brian for a fourth). He simply has a wealth of experience and knowledge, pointed out what work was required and what work was not, answered all questions, and accommodated my schedule. He was professional with a caring, funny, great personality. I chose his bid because he was honest and straight-forward. His price was better than the other companies', and they had proposed work steps that proved to be unnecessary. By comparing bids and presentations, I could easily tell that Brian's company offered the best craftsmanship at the best price. The work was done according to schedule and the results were fantastic. A dirty, nasty space was converted into a dry, clean, sealed and well insulated crawlspace/mini-basement. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
