"I called 3 flowers flooring when i was in a tight spot trying to sell and buy a new home. They come house i was selling quickly and installed all new floors in just one day, the place looked so good I did not want to sell it. Then they came to the new house i bought and refinished all the hardwood floors in just a few days, the excellent service and the skill and final result are masterful"

"They came when they said they would, the product (vinyl planking for a split stairway) looked nice both before and after installation. There was a gap on the side of one step and molding was needed on the two bottom steps, but the installer called his office and got approval to fix both after discussing options with me. They had to make a second trip since they did not have molding in a matching color in their truck, but were very nice about the whole thing. Looks great!"

"There was some fine print about only one color allowed for special deal, which precluded doing ceiling or doors or trim for special price. The provider was willing to negotiate and we were able to strike a deal to complete the areas we needed(though some will take place at a later date) Overall very satisfied with quality of the work done so far and look forward to completing the small areas still left."

"I was very happy with the service provided. They were responsive, prompt and professional. They repaired leaking gutters on my 3rd story. One of the leaks was successfully repaired the first visit. They inquired about the service and when I told them the 2nd gutter was still leaking they set up a visit for the following week. Once I confirmed that it was fixed I was asked to pay the remaining balance. The price was definitely right and service exceptional."

"In March 2011, a rock pad was laid as a foundation for our large garage being delivered.  Excellent work performed.  As a result of the impressive, professional job done, we had Rock a Fellas redo our deck in July, 2011.  A re-decking took place with Timbertech decking materials with radiance rails.  This was not an easy job, but Rock was very helpful in offering important advice and opinions on where to select materials etc.  He also took care of ordering the dumpster to haul away debris, a detail which can be overlooked by an overwhelmed customer.  He also rectified any concerns/issues with a prompt, professional manner which ultimately led to our great satisfaction when job was completed.

"I don't think they are open anymore. I didn't get a response to my Angie's List request and the phone number provided is no good."

"We had a pipe break in our second floor bathroom. We were able to stop the leak the morning after the leak happened, and we called our insurance, and they told to call S I restoration. They sent out a crew of 4 or 5 people, tore out the carpet, and set up fans that eventually dried everything out. We started to notice that it was a while before anyone from SI restoration would come in and actually start the restoration. The demolition crew was very prompt, but not the restoration crew. When they finally would come out, they would only work for 2-3 hours and then they would disappear. The work they did was very good. The bad news is that they would send out workers and there would be very inexperienced supervisors of the workers that would come out. When the supervision is bad, the workers don't seem to work all that hard. We complained to our insurance agent because we hired them upon his recommendation, he was disappointed in them. We tried to talk to the owners, but they were out of town, and the people that they sent were so inexperienced, it was nearly impossible to work with them. We simply wanted to get the work done. My husband complained to the company and things improved from there. From there, the work started to pick up. One thing that really upset me was that they turned in hours into the insurance company that both myself, and the inexperienced supervisor knew wasn't accurate. The good news again, is that once they finally completed the job, was that it was a very good job. The bad news was that it was very poorly managed."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"
