"New sling fabric was installed on 2 Cay Sal Collection chaises purchased at Leader's Casual Furniture in 2011. They were able to closely match the original sling fabric color. We were advised that the hinges connecting the back to the seat might break during removal, which they did, but we were able to get replacement parts through Leader's. We were told the job would take approximately 2 weeks, but they completed it sooner. Although the cost was fairly high, it was only about half of what it would have cost to purchase new chaises. Since the frames on both chaises were in excellent condition, it made sense to have new fabric installed. Everyone at the shop was friendly and easy to work with, and we are pleased with the results. The chaises were too large to fit in our car, but our son was able to transport them to and from the shop in his truck. It would be nice if the shop could provide pick up and delivery service for larger items such as these if the cost of such a service could be kept reasonable."

"<p><br /></p> <p>Marge was very helpful with the entire process.   She asked me to send her photos of the furniture cushions I wanted recovered and she would provide me with an estimated cost and amount of material to purchase.</p> <p>I also asked her for suggestions as to where to look for material and what type it should be.  She gave me three internet sites that sold upholstery material.   I searched those sites and sent her photos of three I chose and asked for her opinion.  It was very helpful because for the pattern I chose had a large leaf print on it and Marge told me to buy two extra yards in order to match the pattern on the cushions.</p> <p>I ordered the material and Marge came with a van and took everything with her - cushions and material.</p> <p>She estimated two weeks to finish and she delivered the cushions in two weeks.  </p> <p>Most of our communication was done via e-mail and Marge is very responsive and timely in answering.</p> <p>The leaf pattern on the cushions match perfectly from one cushion to another and the sewing is excellent.</p> <p>It was a pleasure to work with Marge. </p> <br />"
