The home suffered significant damage from the hurricanes and we needed fascia, soffits, and siding work.James is an honest, hardworking man who keeps his word and honors his commitments. He arrived on time to assess the damage and provided a detailed and fair cost estimate. We were impressed he noted all the details needed to do the work correctly to complete the work and demonstrated how very knowledgeable he is in his craft. His calm, soft spoken demeanor compliments what a true professional he is. We were assured he was an expert in his profession as he explained what he needed to do. The house is 3 stories tall and required a lift to be able do the job. He and his workers arrived to the house and over the course of several days, worked consistently and were detail oriented to do the work correctly. They took care to do the work efficiently, carefully, and did an outstanding job. I have no hesitation to recommend James Dunn Siding. He does a superior job and its done right. He is very honest and will get the project completed at a reasonable and fair cost. Our three story home needed extensive repair work including siding, soffits, fascia, and roof. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"Representative came to estimate new asphalt roof and soffit repair. First told us the would not reattach our gutters because the holes won’t line up. Then said they could repair the tea soffits because of our pool cage. I asked how a company that sells and installs gutters can’t simply reattach ours and she had no answer . Also asked why an experienced contractor remove a dozen screws holding the pool cage to the roof then reattach them she said they just don’t do that work. Finally she gave us an estimate of over twice as much as two other companies. This is twice as much for one third less work given what they can’t do. Urge people avoid this company."
