"I first hired Daniel and his team to scrape my front yard to get it ready for spring planting, and to plant four new trees. They did such a good job, I was thrilled to hire them right away to build a new retaining wall in my 100-year old house basement. They worked within the timeframe I needed them to, as I also was working with another company to replace my furnace. The wall came out better than I could have imagined! When I had some leakage problems with my sprinkler system, they came and worked on that, as well as replaced an old valve. They went above and beyond on my multiple projects. "Peppers Landesign was amazing on multiple projects on multiple of my properties. I would highly recommend for any jobs outside your house. Very high level of detail and care used on various projects. I have used them for a modern fence, replacement of concrete sidewalk and stairs. New sprinkler system, sod and a retaining wall. It’s so nice working with Gabriel Peppers, he is reliable, fair priced and great at communicating throughout the whole process. His expertise was valuable as he was able to make polite recommendations which was super helpful in avoiding issues I had not foreseen. I will be using them again and again for future projects. All work they did came out better than I had expected or hoped for. They were even respectful of dozens of plants where our fence was going in, I expected them to all be trampled but none were!! Highly recommend them."

Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. "My cement front porch was sinking and crooked. Because the porch had sunk, the porch post had detached from the porch ceiling, so I was wedging it to prevent it from falling over. I also had a cracked driveway and needed a piece of house siding near the porch replaced because it had dried cement on it. I received estimates from several contractors listed on the HomeAdvisor website. The contractors I spoke with said they could not fix or replace my porch post nor replace the house siding piece, and some of them provided written cost estimates without itemizing the work they would perform. I was relieved to learn upon meeting with Jason of S & R Eagle Services that this company was capable of fully completing my project. I do not regret my decision to hire S & R Eagle Services. This company performed honest, professional work. The workers were skilled and cleaned up daily. "Brandon and his team are amazing! They do what they say, when they say, and the quality of work is top-notch. My deck needed a complete overhaul due to rotting wood and poor infrastructure that was also not to code. Brandon worked with me on the budget that I had, offering his expertise and recommendations as to what "absolutely" needed to be done vs. what could wait until Spring. His crew is honest and hard working (who works until 6pm on a Friday anymore!) - both of which are very tough to find. Last but not least, at the end of each work day the crew cleaned up, swept, and hauled away materials. I didn't have to worry about nails, wood, and whatever else all over my driveway at the end of each day, which is also important with young kids.
