Javier identified other problems such a water pooling on our deck and offered to install drains (which we loved!). The work was done on time with 100% accuracy. If you are looking to have your pool deck resurfaced or repainted J&G Concrete is the company that you should book. Additionally, their pricing is fair. Javier went above and beyond and helped preserve a signature in the concrete of loved ones that recently passed away. "Chris, although a one-man-band, did an excellent job. He cleaned our very dirty patio (paver stones) and then sealed it. I would rate him 5 stars if it were not for problems we encountered. 1) Heat! The sealant needed to be applied when the patio was less than 90 degrees. That meant he had to seal the patio around 1-2 am. While we were abed, our dogs were in an uproar! 2) Timing. The cleaning was done late in the week. He ran out of sealant and could not secure more supplies until Monday. That meant we/dogs could not use our patio for almost 5 days. 3) Chris is pleasant and easy to work with. Payment (Zelle) was easy as well. 4) Pricing was excellent."

"Our project was a challenge, it was a house that had been vandalized by the previous renter, had smoked in for years. The job was for the full house, including doors, window trim, and sliding doors, about 1100 sq ft. We wanted him to use a specific odor killing primer, then follow up with his covering primer. Ricardo provided an estimate at the beginning of the job and considering the job, it was very reasonable. The graffiti kept coming through, in all it took almost 4 coats of primer to cover the damage. Ricardo was kind, understanding about the extra cost and gave us a reasonable final settlement.
