The sealant needed to be applied when the patio was less than 90 degrees. That meant he had to seal the patio around 1-2 am. While we were abed, our dogs were in an uproar! 2) Timing. The cleaning was done late in the week. He ran out of sealant and could not secure more supplies until Monday. That meant we/dogs could not use our patio for almost 5 days. 3) Chris is pleasant and easy to work with. Payment (Zelle) was easy as well. 4) Pricing was excellent."
