"Hired Ricardo Borjas to paint interior rooms and repair baseboards. His painter did such a great job (fast, neat...no paint splatters) that I asked him to paint entire exterior of house. This included exterior walls and doors and patio cover. Job was done neatly and house looks beautiful. Borjas is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. My job was done well and done fast. Highly recommend!"

And there was a hole in this wall of the house where it's fallen off and they repaired that they matched the paint that was already on the wall, which surprised me and they were very courteous and explained everything so I thought they did an excellent job."

Never Hire a 3rd party vender from Costco, Water Softener Rep. sent a guy to my home with no experience, or knowledge of plumbing. Really bad buisness, they dont clean up or repair after the job. After 30 min cutting holes in the ceiling of my garage for a water main?! Yes I said Ceiling. It didn't end well with all parties. "Got an estimate from Brian. Hired for repair of cracks and interior painting of living room, family room, kitchen, and hall. Two men (Walt and Bill) spent about 20+ hours working on the job. Showed up as scheduled each morning. Worked straight through until finished for each day. Work was spot on excellent. Both men barely spoke while working. Asked for our opinion and completed anything we brought up. Left the house exactly as they found it except for work they completed. Cost exactly as estimated. Highly recommended. Thanks."

I'll start with Samantha who handles the communication and scheduling stuff.... she is amazing, very responsive, friendly and an excellent communication skills. They sent two of the nicest and most professional people we have ever worked with. Dajuan and Gilbert were so great to work with, they did such a great job painting our house and replacing the baseboards. They were very detail oriented and precise. They took their time and also accommodated all our requests while being super friendly!! Will definitely recommend and also use their services again!"

"I contacted Miguel for the bid and he arrived prompt and professional. We discussed what I wanted and a detailed estimate was given. The job commenced a few days later as scheduals permitted. Two finishes were used, one for the walls and the other for the wood trim. Each day he and the crew arrived on time and ready to work. Miguel removed and replaced window coverings (blinds and custom valances). Everything that was not to be painted was covered and covers secured. I requested that he leave all the switch and electrical plates off so I could give them a good thorough cleaning before replacing them so as not to leave any smudges on the new paint. The job took 16 hours over two days and when he and his crew left they took all debris. I was also replacing the carpet and floors and had that scheduled a couple of days after the paint. So I could have been a little less concerned about over spray or spills (if any). The walk through went well with nothing unexpected. I feel very confident that if any negitive issues had come up Miguel and I would have worked well with each other to remedy the situation. I have numerous houses and will not hesitate to use the services of Miguel Gancedo Again. I will also have no problem recommending him."

Noel took a sad tired exterior and changed it from top to bottom. The care and his attention to detail is phenomenal. He truly is an artist and I felt like he treated my home like he was painting his own house. He was always very polite and never (unlike others I have work on my home) left a mess. I had the work done about 2 months ago -sorry I should have written this sooner-and when I drive up I still think OH WOW."
