"I dealt mostly with Jaimie Hernandez. He was on top of things in the beginning and communicated well with me. He told me what they were going to do (fog the whole house and then test the air quality the next day for mold. I had a long-term and undetected leak under the kitchen sink which caused the mold). He said I will get the results back within a couple of days, and he would email the results to me as well as to the home warranty company. I did not hear from him after that, and I called frequently but would get a voicemail immediately. Is this company even for real? I called Jorge and asked if I could get the results of the test. He sent it to me and to the warranty company. The warranty company came a week later to replace the faucet but the plumber said there is still mold under the sink. I called Jaimie with the number he gave me and some other guy answered who said he did not know who I was trying to get ahold of and that I had the wrong number. How could that be? I have the texts from our previous conversation about scheduling the service with the same phone number. Not sure about this company. Beware! They are only eager to communicate with you up to the end of the job. After that, good luck! They might ghost you!"
