"Rich did a great job! I unexpectedly needed a dryer outlet installed. I called Rich on a Sunday and he set up a time that worked for me on Tuesday. He came prepared, I unfortunately gave him a wrong measurement (All my fault, I was off by a lot!) but Rich was a pro and brought extra and saved the day! "I called the answering service on a Friday night and the lady told me that they would have someone at my house within 30 minutes. She also told me that there wasn't any up charge for weekends. The tech was at my house within 25 minutes and was very polite and friendly. He then figured out where the clog was and within 30 minutes he had our drains cleared and water flowing freely again. He did a great clean up job and the price I believe to be very fair for coming out on a Friday night without any appointment. I will not hesitate to call these guys again for any drain problem."

"Excellent experience.  Gary and his crew were very responsive.  Came out to give an estimate the day after I called him and provided an estimate much lower than the other lining company I had contacted.  He showed me the problem in my sewer with his sewer cam and explained exactly how he would install the lining.  He also showed me a sample of the lining material and the warranty they provide with their work.  He was out the following week exactly on schedule.  His crew was very professional and all very nice guys.  They conducted all the work exactly as explained beforehand and had all the repairs/lining installed exactly on schedule.  He also lined up all the the follow up inspections required by the municipality and county and was present for the inspections.  All in all I think he and his crew did an excellent job and got us through our problem without any surprises and at a very reasonable price.  I would definitely recommend AK Pipe Lining Co. to anyone needing sewer repairs.
