I set an appointment for them to come see the section of my roof in need of repair so they could give me an estimate. I received a thank you a day or two later in the US mail for allowing them to visit my home. My project involved a special order skylight from Denmark because the flashing from my old skylight is no longer made. They completed the bulk of job in 1 day . They returned twice to match and install the interior trim on the skylight . After I received and paid bill , I received another thank you , this one came from the email of the president of the company. I could not be more pleased."

When the date was set to have the new roof installed the materials were delivered and the contractors pulled in, it took a total of 3 hours from the time the materials arrived, and the roof was put on and a complete sweep of the yard.
