"Our fence was installed well and looks great, we get lots of compliments! We had issues with the city permitting process (our city is notoriously challenging with permitting, and we had a little easement question) which delayed the installation for a few months. My only negative about this company is that I wish they had maintained better communication with me, as much of the delay could have been prevented if we'd known earlier what was happening and what was expected from us. That said, they were very professional and kind and adjusted the final bill to make up for our inconvenience. Again, the workmanship and the product were great! I definitely recommend this company, and suggest that if you hire them you encourage constant communication to avoid delays like we experienced."

"Joseph at Chair Construction was on top of his game for scheduling and delivered quality service in a very timely manner for the combination PVC and aluminum fence we had installed. He stayed on top of permitting issues and communicated often with me. His workers came to work, no messing around. But most of all when I asked for additional security for the gates to protect property and a child he was very accommodating and found the items I wanted and installed them. He is very professional and a man of his word. I and my family greatly appreciate him and the job he and his workers did for us."

"Was very impressed at first Se signed a contract late October 2018. He said it would be at least six to 8 weeks because of the back log and unavailability of wood. Then I got frustrated because neither he nor his wife would not return my calls. We already had the building permit and everything else to go forward. Was FINALLY able to get them on the phone, and was told they would be ready to start the following Monday or Tuesday. They started on Tuesday, were very professional, very polite, and very neat and tidy. They completed the fence in 2-1/2 days. They cleaned up everything. my fence was built board on board, not with the stabled together sections available at the big box stores. Except for having to wait nearly six months, I was delighted and would use them again."
