"Our kitchen remodel morphed into a full blown home renovation, with the help and guidance of Ariel. Not only are you getting a general contractor, but a designer as well. He was a great sounding board for all of my ideas and was able bring everything on paper to life in a quality fashion. If the concept was “doable”, then he’d get it done. We appreciated the thought and precision with which he executed all phases of the renovation, as we were still living in our home during construction. He made it as painless as possible, thinking of our needs first. I did do a lot of legwork, picking out fixtures and hardware, but that was my choice. He has a full selection of materials at his office and has worked with most of the products out there, from low to high-end. We had lots of items on backorder due to high demand and COVID, but this did not deter him or his crew from getting work accomplished. I’ve read in other reviews that there were issues of miscommunication and work done that wasn’t what the owner wanted, but I don’t see how this is possible when you lay out exactly what you want, do your research, and ask questions appropriately as we did.
