No charge for parts or labor as they had promised at installation. Great price for original install as well. Always leery of how the seller will respond to warranty issues but Mike's was right on it!!!"

They weren't replacing windows but instead creating new ones and had to cut through my wall. It took about 2 days since they worked all day long for both days. The windows look terrific and my home was cleaned up from the minor mess. Patsy and crew were wonderful to deal with. The price was incredibly fair. I would hire Patsy again without question. Plus, he is fun to be around!"
