"We are very satisfied with our purchase of Kinetico water treatment products, including a water softener and an under sink reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system. We found that the hardness of the city water from our local utility was on the high side, resulting in spotty glasses and wash not coming out clean. We also were concerned about mineral deposits accumulating in our pipes and water heater over time, which could lead to very expensive repairs. These issues have been completely eliminated after installing the Kinetico water softener. An added bonus is a nice ?feel? to the water now when showering, with lots of suds and a fresh, clean rinse. Also, we are enjoying our crystal clear, filtered water from the under sink RO unit for drinking and cooking.  It tastes great and is nearly 100% free of chemicals and contaminants. The entire process of dealing with Kinetico was a pleasure from start to finish. Chuck, the territory manager, was pleasant and knowledgeable, addressing our concerns and questions without ever being ?pushy? or trying to sell us something we didn?t need. Our service tech, Mike, discussed installation options with us and thoroughly explained how to operate and properly maintain the equipment. A few days later, I called the office with a couple of questions and the ladies were able to take care of my needs on the spot. We are very pleased that we made the decision to do something to improve our water quality and highly recommend Kinetico.

"They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. I would recommend Ecowater Systems to everyone. They are quick and reliable and fair.

"Josh and his team showed up on time, we had a brief discussion about the scope of work and then they got right to business. When completed my fence looked brand new again just as my lawn guy showed up and started edging along the newly cleaned fence line. "Lamont did a great job on the many items I needed done. I had a list of work to be done but was having trouble finding one person who could or would do them all. After much searching I found Lamont and read his great reviews. Now I know why. He was able to complete everything on my list! From installing new storm door, replacing interior doors and hardware, repairing holes and painting closets, hanging ceiling fans, cutting marble backsplash and installing, etc. He is very patient and listens to what you want then completes the work nicely. He is polite, respectful, and professional. He was able to work me into his schedule quickly and completed the work in the amount of time estimated and for the price quoted.
