"Found company and coupon on Angie's list for $39 plus parts. Easy to schedule and they honored the coupon. Arnold was the technician and he brought technician. Both very professional and competent. Arnold showed me significant deterioration of the bottom of the air handler box. Over 20 years old. Already knew it was past its useful life. Asked him to quote a replacement and upgrade. He submitted two products, both very competitive pricing. I ended up with the more expensive, as I want variable speed fan for energy efficiency. I did purchase the replacement and look forward to seeing this team again when it arrives. Highly recommend this company for HVAC. FYI add on Angie's says they do plumbing, which they no longer do. Also asked for price to replace exhaust, which they don't do as they say mostly electrical. So it's only a HVAC company now."

"I called Kimmies at about 8:00 AM when I realized that my freezer was getting alarmingly warm. They assured me they would be at my house by 9:30. They diagnosed the problem which was more involved than they originally thought and volunteered to drive into Tampa to get the part if I would spot the $20 for gas, which was a no-brainier for me. They brought the part installed it and realized the fan was still not working and a circuit board was also involved. They went back to Tampa with no further charges and fixed the problem. "Paul and his son repaired cracked and broken stucco window sills and also patched the pool deck where I had to jackhammer it up to make a plumbing repair. He matched the pool deck pattern perfectly and the stucco work on the window was excellent. I have hired Paul Hammond previously to rebuild and re-stucco some cement window sills and walls and he always does a good job and is very reasonable and fair with his pricing. In addition he is a genuine honest down to earth and nice guy. Both jobs that Paul did were pretty small and we agreed to a repair time where Paul would be nearby for other work or passing to or from another job in between Cape Coral and Naples so that kept Paul?s travel costs reasonable and he certainly passed that saving along to me.
