"I had GarageWiz come out to replace my old garage door opener, and I?m really glad I called them. The whole process was super easy - they showed up right on time, explained what needed to be done, and got the new opener installed quickly. The tech was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He even took a few minutes to walk me through how everything worked and made sure my remotes were programmed before leaving. The new opener is so much quieter and smoother than my old one - it?s honestly a huge upgrade. Pricing was fair, and there were no surprises at the end. "I had a garage door seal replaced because water was getting into my garage when it rained. The repair was done quickly and the technician was really friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after a few weeks and some more rain, it turned out that the door is still not fully sealed on one side. I got in touch with him since he mentioned there was a 90-day warranty. He did reply and said he would get back to me, but I haven?t heard from him since. The issue is still there, so I?ll probably have to find someone else to fix it and pay for it again."

"An awesome experience working with the Family Prestige team. Isaias walked me through the inspection, indicated various issues of failing parts/excess wear-n-tear, gave me a few options on different garage door openers, and worked a very affordable price. My garage door went from a circa early-2000s rust machine to a smooth glider with a chain drive. It previously sounded like a jackhammer and now we barely hear it open and close. Definitely give them a try when looking for an honest quote!"

"The owner George came out the morning after calling. George was very knowledgeable and provided all the pertinent information without trying to sell me on anything. This allowed me to make an informed decision on what was best for us based upon our needs. We were scheduled within a few days after deciding on what openers to purchase. Matt and Shaun arrived on time, were very tidy and overall did a great job. Once finished they answered all our questions regarding specific features and operation of our new openers. Planning to hire again when it's time for new doors."
