He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

"EXCELLENT craftsmanship. Super high quality work. Very communicative - never ghosted us or left us in the dark. Five stars on all of that!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars overall is the timeline. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks for our screened porch and it took a lot longer. There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."

"A tree fell on our home and destroyed the roof in late June of 2025. Tommy with Southern Design Homes got to work as soon as he was cleared to do so and had my home repaired and in better condition than it was to begin with within the first 2 days of July! "It went ok. Multiple contractors in and out for many different applications. Jeremy was the foreman and made sure each contractor arrived to do the job spec'd for. Everything looks great, but a couple of items that came out less than perfect that I wasn't aware of until after job completed. Designer tile in marble shower wasn't installed smoothly in some places. Most was even with marble, which was nice, but there's a small area that is indentent. No one would notice, but we do! Also, noticing after 4 months of install, the small silve cap in sinks that granite was installed is chipping. Its only plastic, not a metal insert?
Overall, happy with the job. On the expensive side, but nice to have them handle everything. Am a bit disappointed that there was no followup from the owner or saleman that quoted us the job to see if satisfied with everthing. Once the job was done, foreman, I believe did check on things, but after spending almost $15,000, management followup would have been nice.
