"We had a great experience with Shawn. I needed a concrete pad poured for a shed. I asked for quotes on Friday, he came out to give me quote Saturday morning and he poured it Monday morning. He responded to messages almost immediately and confirmed everything right away. He removed the rock, removed the dirt and moved it to a different part of my yard to level a low spot. The concrete looks perfect and even lined up the relief lines with a concrete walkway that was already there. Overall, perfect experience!"

I decided to take a risk by getting white epoxy flooring installed at my AirBnB rental. I got a few estimates, but Big O was the winner. They provided a reasonable quote that was within my budget and delivered fantastic service. I am absolutely delighted how beautiful the floors turned out! It makes the space feel more bright, open, and clean. I get compliments often when people walk into the house. Keeping white floors is a concern but since there is no texture it is easy to clean. I just run my Roomba almost daily, and to mop it, I use a combo floor mop and vacuum cleaner I got."

"I was happy with the work First Class Coatings recently did in installing the epoxy finish to our garage floor. However, when the owner came by to inspect the job, he pointed out a very slight color/shade difference from one side of the garage to the other. I could barely see the difference even with him pointing it out to me. Nevertheless, owner Eric Marks insisted on sending his crew back the next morning to redo the entire job. It came out perfect. Eric did not charge us a penny for that do over. My wife and I are impressed with our new floor, and especially the business ethics of Eric Marks."
