"I requested a price quote via e-mail AND receive a very competitive quote a short time later. I was quite surprised as it was well after business hours. The next morning I called Shane and was pleased to find that he would get me in today if I wanted to come to his shop in 2 hours. We arrived to find Shane's shop was very busy with half a dozen new dealer vehicles being tinted by his tech's. Shane seated my wife and myself in his comfortable waiting room and proceeded to (personally) replace our "problem" windows tint. "They did a very good job on the window cleaning. After they left I could see a few minor corners that were missed or a smudge here or there, but overall it was great work. Note - we hadn't had the windows professionally cleaned in 15 years so they were AWFUL! They were not able to remove some of the hard water stains where the windows had been splashed over the years. It would be nice if they offered that as a service for an extra fee. They were very professional, on time, wore booties when they moved inside to keep the floors clean and overall I am very pleased. The "before" pictures I've attached are after they already cleaned the outside of the windows, so the grey film is all dirt on the inside. The "after" pictures show the results after both inside and outside were cleaned. They had to do all these windows on ladders and did a great job maneuvering around our furniture."
