They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. "John was meticulous. It was as though this was his front yard. He performed two extra functions and did not charge us for it. He trimmed much of the border grass with a clipper so that he would not damage the Day Lillies. A sign was laying on the ground from a previous maintenance worker and without being asked he put it back up! He reviewed his work and then went back over the entire yard to make sure he hadn't missed a spot. The entire time he was working he had the warmest smile on his face which assured us that he loved what he was doing. He deserves 10 stars :-)"
