"I had a project done by re-floor, kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, master bedroom, walk-in closet with the luxury vinyl planks, and it looks absolutely wonderful. The entire process was very professional and easy. They moved my heavy furniture, washer and dryer. Put everything right back in place cleaned up behind themselves. No mess was left whatsoever. They worked with my schedule many different options to pick from. The sales representative that came to my home was very knowledgeable. Matt Denison answered all my questions walk me through the process of the contact leading up to the day of the installation is very professional, so I had no surprises, and the installers were top rate, Matthew and his helper Alan I would highly recommend requesting them if you’re in the Indianapolis area, their attention to detail and explaining to me, and showing me what they were doing through the process was more than I expected and they were very respectful to me and my home."

"Manny and his team did an amazing job on our luxury vinyl plank flooring on our first floor! They got the job done in 2 days and everything looks perfect! Manny was always available for questions and very flexible with our schedules. I would highly recommend using Manny and his team!"

"Francisco and his guys did an excellent job installing LVP in our upper floor. They moved all the furniture as needed and cleaned up after themselves well. He even improved the section where the floor meets the stairs despite not necessarily being in the quote. I plan to continue working with him on hand rail install as well."

"My floor looks great!! Absolutely love it!!!"

"Work was done in a professional manner and promptly, would recommend to other homeowners for any flooring needs"

"Setting up the quote and getting the work completed was quick and efficient. The installers did ok work and came after completion to make some adjustments and correct some issues. The biggest problem is the quality of the materials used. We purchased black vinyl coated chain link fence with three gates. After the first day of installation, we noticed that a few of the posts and some of the hardware were silver instead of black. When asked, they indicated that they were short of a couple of posts and, rather than delay the project, they opted to use what they had and then spray paint the silver items. Fast forward to 6 weeks after install, we have paint chipping or rubbing off where the latches rub. They offer a 5 year warranty, but it is not practical for a paint issue. They should have used all black materials and delayed the project. Or, go to Menards or somewhere else to get the correct items. We could not pass up the price of the project. You get what you pay for."

"Working with Locke Hardwood Floors was a complete joy! Rick called me back very quickly, gave an extremely competitive bid, and was willing to work with a schedule that allowed us to keep all of the furniture on the second floor of the house, where the floors were being refinished. The refinished floors are stunningly beautiful! We asked to match the upstairs finish to the downstairs, and the finish matches so well that you would never suspect that the floors were done at different times. As someone whose name is on the business, Rick should be very proud of the quality of work and quality of service provided by his company. I would highly recommend Locke Hardwood Floors to anyone needing floor refinishing and absolutely would hire them again without hesitation."

"Josh and partner did fine to replace my old interior sliding doors with new french doors at an excellent low price. They worked with me on some adjustment options for the installation. The plan was for job to be done in one day but they had to suspend work in order for me to order missing parts of the doors assembly. Thankfully there was no price increase for coming back weeks later to restart and finish up. Wife is very happy."

"Chris and his team replaced our aged handrails and wood spindles with custom posts and new spindles. They also replaced our worn carpet with beautiful LVP. Awesome work at a fair price. Chris has also done a full bath remodel for us that turned out amazing! Highly recommend Edwards Design Group for all home improvement projects."

"The salesman did not exam the floors to tell us that the product we would like could not be installed without some subfloor prep. The ran my spouse's credit but when the credit card came in it had my name and her social security number. When we attempted to call the salesman after the installer said we could not have the product we had decided on, he did not return our calls."
