The supervisor over the crew wasn?t answering his phone when the install crew called on day 2 took over an hour to get a call before they ever started work, wasn?t given notice of when they?d Be done for the day or arrival on day two was just woke up to someone knocking on my door. The crew wasn?t supposed to leave before we did a walk through they were already gone when we arrived at the house. Overall this has been the worst company to deal with for your floors and I will not recommend them to anyone the floors look great but Refloor is an awful company that needs to work on transparency and communication."

Any people he had come in to do wiring, insulation, construction, roofing, etc. were all extremely nice and knew their jobs and did them on time. "Josh Masters of Masters Interior Carpentry came out to our home three separate times: Once to evaluate the project and two to complete the project. In addition to our three-door installation, he and his partner also did additional work for us at our request: Hung two ceiling fans, installed bath/shower/tub/ plumbing and light fixtures and laid wood flooring. While Josh may be newer to the industry than some of the other handymen we interviewed, he is kind, thoughtful and a hard worker who is very eager to learn. He is also flexible in his scheduling and in his willingness to perform additional tasks as necessary. I would not hesitate to call on Josh in the future should I be in need of repair or replacement services for my home."
