"I am completely in awe of the beautiful new walk-in shower that Bath Pro installed. Steve came to visit and helped me with decisions on what would work for me and my situation in my home. I had never heard of onyx and when he showed me and suggested I try it I was more than ready. He help me with my choices of matching my bathroom tile and my vanity sink to the colors I needed and wanted in my shower. Their install time was three months out from when I met with him but I was in no hurry and it was well worth the wait. The installer, Zack, did a great job removing the old tub and shower doors and installing a New walk in shower. He cleaned everything up and you would hardly know he was here doing all that work. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a bathroom makeover, or a walk in shower installed call Bath Pro KC."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"We hired Blue Springs Siding and Windows to install new insulated vinyl siding, fascia, soffits, and gutters on our house. We talked to A LOT of different companies and chose Blue Springs. They werenâ t the least expensive but the quality of their products more than justified the slightly higher price. When it comes to something as important as the entire outside of your house, cheap isnâ t a good idea. You get what you pay for and Blue Springs more than delivered especially when you factor in the lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship. The crew that worked on our house was fantastic. They showed up when they said they would and worked 10 - 12 hour days to complete our project far more quickly than we had anticipated. Started at the promised time and finished approximately one week ahead of the original contract schedule. Work performed by our installer was excellent. He had a great attention to detail and the sequence of work was well thought out. Each day we were informed of daily activities and plan for the coming days. The single installer (other than shower enclosure staff and a day of painters) made it very convenient and we felt absolutely no intrusion into our home.

My wife had a vision of the décor, colors, type of tile etc, but the sales representative was still very easy to work with throughout the process.

We were very pleased with the finished installation as it reflected a high quality. However, there is a premium in cost that comes with that.

One outstanding feature is that the General Manager and President of Jericho were accessible and actually visited our project site. Not many companies do this and this made us feel important as a customer. That certainly showed that Jericho cares from the very top of the organization.
