Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. Transparency, confidence-building, dependability, highly knowledgeable, customer-friendly, and results-oriented are all terms we would use to describe Richard and the iCornerstone process. "When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"Crew arrived Friday morning, got right to work, and finished about 1/2 the job before quitting time. They were back after the weekend and finished the job mid afternoon. The workers were polite, cleaned up after work completely, and they and the owner had outstanding communication and customer service skills. We were impressed with their work ethic and professionalism, as well as the solid and attractive construction of our new steps and landing. "DiOrio builders did excellent basement work. Before DiOrio- my basement unusable, a dusty mess, the walls and ceiling peeling so bad, I couldn’t even walk in there without being covered in chalk. Quotes from other contractors were outrageously high, with a bunch of complicated add-ons. DiOrio builders found a solution at a price that made sense, they fixed exactly what needed fixing. They demolished the old structures, scraped the walls and ceiling, removed decades-old debris, sealed the foundation and put a bright white coating on the wall. Plus, once they removed all the debris, the air quality is much better in the upstairs of my house! I’m so happy they made my basement useable, and I will definitely be calling DiOrio Builders and Designers when it’s time to build a lounge down there."

"When we decided to paint our 16-year-old house we could not be happier with our decision to go with Real Painting & home-improvement. Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did. Communication —Carlos was in touch every day to check-in on progress and every day our house was left spotless. Price, Quality and Attention to detail these guys have it all !"

"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. We recommend Crystal Renovations without reservation and have several neighbors using them now for small-to-medium sized projects."
