Steve could have just ignored the message thinking, "We don't do that kind of work," as most other companies I've left messages for have, but he called me back to let me know. <br /> If I still lived in Frankfort, I'd have no hesitation about contracting with this company, even if the price wasn't the lowest one. He seemed genuinely concerned about the situation and gave several suggestions about potential contacts while politely avoiding negative comments about some competitors I mentioned to him. <br /> He seems to be a good, honorable person that I would trust with a project. "The vehical was picked and delivered within the a scheduled time, and the delivery driver was very professional. He even provided disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel, shifter, doors and center console. If I need another car transported I would definitely hire UFA again."

"I found 1st Call Disaster Services on Angie's List and hired them based on reviews and their Angie's List Deal. We are getting our home ready for sale and a real estate agent noticed mold on joists in our basement. We called 3 mold remediation companies for an estimate. They were in the middle on cost but Shane very kindly let us get the deal which saved us money. The crew came and worked hard for a day and a half. The only glitch we had was after the job was done we found that one of the cleaning products they used left a residue which probably would cause an issue in a home inspection. Shane came out and brought the crew back to clean the areas in question. No further mold was found and we were very grateful that this was figured out and addressed. Shane knew I was very concerned and took it upon himself to bring an environmental inspector out who concurred that the mold is gone."

"After expertly matching the paint in the rest of the house with his swatches, he went to his vehicle and worked up a proposal for the job. It took about fifteen minutes for him to return, and we sat down to discuss the job. His price was a little more than others I had consulted, but I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for.” After talking it over, I felt that the price was fair and would indeed match the quality of the work. Additionally, he agreed, at no extra cost, to fix the minor problems that I had mentioned before. And, based on his schedule, the job could be done sometime around the end of July. I was fine with the arrangements. I had told him that I was a teacher in Fayette County, and it was important to get the job down at least by the first week of August as I would become extremely busy with the beginning of the school year, and it would be difficult to synchronize my schedule with his. Still, the timeline would work, and, as I stated before, I felt confident in his ability to do a good job. I told him that I had decided to go with him and his company. I made arrangements to get him a down payment, and we scheduled to meet again on Wednesday. Now, this is where my expectations went over the moon. Evidently, Keith had taken my concerns about having the job done before the school year began to heart. Yes, they came in on that Wednesday, but they did more than preliminary work. They got started on the job, and the entire thing was completed by that Saturday. (They even came in on Saturday to the do the job!) This demonstrates to me the professionalism of My Three Sons Painting, and it affirms their motto, “Your Satisfaction Is Our Motivation.” Again, I couldn’t be happier with the results. Keith and his staff were professional, polite, and prompt. I’m not sure that you can ask any more from a service provider. I will absolutely look to them again when I have other projects, and I will happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work."

"I wasn't sure the steps could even be repaired since so much concrete had chipped off and cracked over the years.  But Grover Woody came out and looked it over and gave me an estimate on the spot.  Weather and our being out of town postponed the job, but we set a new timeline, and he came just when expected, did a wonderful job fixing the steps.  I'm so pleased with the result, and that I decided to check on repair rather than just go with replacement.  I couldn't be more pleased with the interaction with Mr. Woody and with the work he did. <br />"

"I contacted Back Construction yesterday and Jason came to my house today. I had a garage issue that was preventing my door from working. Jason did an inspection. Diagnosed the problem then told the name of the garage door company to contact. He went further and gave me a ball park figure for how much this kind of repair should cost us. We absolutely appreciate his integrity, honesty and professionalism. We won't hesitate to give Back Construction specifically Jason, a call for our future home repairs."

"Home Depot sent a subcontractor to do the job. They did a very good job but they were very, very expensive. They were very thorough. They closed off the kitchen, took it apart, and redid it all by themselves. Then they cleaned up after themselves. I wanted someone to just come in and do it. All they did was replace the cabinets and the countertops. They didn't do that much but they did a very good job. I recommend them if someone isn't concerned about the cost. They cleaned up and taped the floors so that they wouldn't get sawdust anywhere and they did a thorough and good job. The price was very high for what they did. I would use someone locally next time. It wasn't done quickly but it was done well."
