"Exterior work was very good and the technician was knowledgeable. However the job was priced by the hour not the work to be done. After the slotted four hours was up the fellow had to leave. I was left with a hole in the interior drywall and numerous places I had to repair and paint. The job was therefore done but not completed."

This project included relocating the head wall of the storm drain to meet county codes. Josiah, his brother Jeren and a third contracted person moved 15 truckloads of dirt while re-grading the property to ensure proper surface draining. I was extremely pleased at the care and follow-through they exhibited. Josiah is honest, polite and dedicated to pleasing his customers. Both brothers were great in answering my questions regarding other concerns I had separate from this project. My intentions is to hire Josiah for other projects as needed."
