"Make A Choice was challenged with a huge job on our 39 year old house and met it with fantastic quality work, service and skills. Our job involved rebuilding our entire siding chimney, replacing much siding and rotted work, reworking and painting soffits, new gutters, putting on leaf guards, misc. exterior repairs, rebuilding our front porch railings and painting the entire house. We were absolutely thrilled to see the A+ job they did, sticking to their bid, working quickly and with very skilled workers (best painting I've ever had). "Not only did Topstar Renovations remove and replace my siding, they completly remodeled the entire exterior of my home and I couldn't be happier with their work. The showed up on time everyday, and completed the job faster than I could have imagined. They addressed all my questions and helped me select materials and design changes. They removed and replaced the old roof and installed gutters. Removed and replaced the old cedar siding and replaced it with new paintable materials that will last much longer and are much easier to maintain. They also sourced and installed the stone for the bottom half. They even detailed my older window frames to match! They provided the best combination of quality labor, good materials, affordable pricing, and clear and honest communication. I opted for the 3 tab shingles, synthetic underlayment, and ridge vents. Arodi Vela, the owner and CEO, visited my home and performed a thorough examination of the roof. He made time to take measurements, whereas other roofing companies I met with just made a rough guess about the size of the roof. After measuring the roof, he provided a thorough review of the roofing options available and gave me a detailed explanation of each step in the process. He even brought samples of architectural and 3-tab shingles to give me a sense of the product. Before leaving, he even put together a quote for the project. It is worth noting that all of this occurred on the initial visit. After I chose to work with Stress Free Roofing, Arodi set up a time to discuss financing. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each option. He was able to run a credit check and determine what options I qualified for in a matter of minutes. Arodi gave me advance notice of when work would begin and recommended that I leave the driveway empty so that the materials could be dropped off. The materials were delivered on time at 7am. "This was a great service experience. Jon came out to provide an estimate within 3 days of my initial contact. He thoroughly reviewed our needs and suggested that we install white gutters with terratone covers to match our roof - he was the only person to suggest this to us and it looks really nice. Once we decided to go with Gutter Creations, they arrived to do our job a week later. A small crew worked diligently and as quietly as possible, considering that old gutters had to be torn off and completely replaced. The job site was left clean, apart from a few stray screws (so sweep your driveway after they're gone!) After a couple of days, Jon called to be certain that we were 100% happy, and we are."
