My roof was in worse shape than I realized and they made all the repairs without out complaining or grumbling. They completed the work in a day and a half and boy did they work. They started their day at 6:30am and didn't stop until dark (I think sundown was around 7:30 or 8pm). On day two they finished around 10am they all 4 guys started putting away their equipment and when that was done I figured they would leave but no they started cleaning up my yard. The guys didn't leave one spec of anything they had used like nails, pieces of scrap wood, pieces of scrap shingle and etc. When they left my yard was absolutely spotless. I don't know how to brag on Sunray Roofing more but they are the best. If you need your roof replaced and you want a really professional job the you should call Sunray Roofing and talk to Taylor or Kyle before you talk to anyone else. "On 12/6/13, I purchased gutter cleaning, roof debris removal and gutter tune-up (for which I had a coupon from Angie's list).  Promptly the very next day, Agape representatives came out to clean the gutters even though it was very cold out.  For a minimal fee, even though it was unplanned, they also replaced some shingles that had fallen off.   I was very, very pleased with their quick response and willingness to do extra work.  I will definitely use their services again.

I wasn't sure this would end up to be a good idea but, it turned out a very pleasant experience. They did it all from start to finish. They spent the first day and a half gathering the trash and debris left by the tenants. They must have pulled four trailers worth of mess out to the dump. Then they went through the whole place; removing nails from the walls, doing the patchwork on the plaster and lathe (where we wanted it repaired and pulled out where we wanted drywall replaced), sanding all the spots and removing the mess. Then they started in with the heavy repairs in the putting in a couple of windows and hanging the drywall where needed, they taped off all the walls, fixtures and windows to ready it for paint. After painting and waiting for it to dry; then they started outside clearing out the brush and debris left behind. They also worked to dress up the yard with great ideas like window boxes and fresh flowers! . They did all the paint work inside the house and finished up by touching up the outside paint. They went back through the house last time and shampooed the carpets, cleaned the stove and fridge, and put fresh new chalk in all the needed spots. I know I may not have all the right terminology but, these folks Really saved the day! When they left the place was spotless and the time and money we spent was well worth giving up the headache of that mess to someone else and finding they'd done a great job! Wonderful!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
