"Cody is the most honest and hard working pro ever! He comes on time and does a great job. He goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied. We are doing some rather intense remodeling, adding new water and sewer lines. Also installing a new bathroom and kitchen. His work ethic is spot on! "I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

We offer exceptional quality on plumbing jobs big and small.

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"Agent did a wonderful job. Gave suggestions on appropriate actions to keep tank in working order. Most definitely would use this service again. Very pleased with the results."

"He advised me that I did not need to change water heater at the time ..I was very impressed with his honesty"
