He listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions, and quoted us a very reasonable price. If you're like me, jaw on the floor after hearing estimates from the "big" companies/chains, call Greg...he is reasonable. The previous homeowner was a "DIY" enthusiast, but not very good at it. We fully expected Greg to run into some problems, and he did, but he took them in stride and rectified the situation(s) CORRECTLY. Falk finished about 300 square of our basement with a full Euro style kitchen and a laundry room and matched existing decor.
