The electrician was creative in solving some installation problems.  He also saved me some money by advising me that some other electrical work I was considering might not be necessary."

Replacement of back porch decking was in addition to the original proposal and was accomplished on a time and materials basis. Paul and Kelly were courteous and friendly, made appropriate suggestions, were very accommodating when asked to make small changes, worked steadily and were very attentive to detail. While I could probably have found someone to do this project for less money, I believe in the old adage, ''You get what you pay for,'' and the impressive results confirm this. "The salesperson was clear (mostly) and the work was done on time and well -- finished in one day and cleaned up very well. My one caveat is that the salesperson clearly stated that the work would be done by a local contractor, which was, I guess, technically true, since it looks like a local contractor subcontracted to a group of men (Polish or Russian) who drove up from Chicago and did the work. I was led to believe it would be done by local workers so that was a bit off-putting"
