"Unfortunately I picked Arnott Construction to remodel our bathroom. After receiving a final bill (that did not reflect the assurances John made before the project started), I find myself having to fix the design changes his subcontractors made (without consulting us) and the repair the shody work (leak under the bathtub, crumbling grout everywhere, tiles coming loose, shower fixtures coming off, ....). Oh, ya. Apparently level and plumb construction cost extra."
