"We have a long driveway in the country (100 yds+). With the past heavy snow and severe drifting, our driveway became impassable even for our 4WD pickup. Called Freshscape for a quote. They immediately quoted the job using a maps app. They arrived less than 2 hours later and worked for several hours to clear our driveway. The job was completed exceptionally well. They used a frontloader as well as some hand-shovelling (near our garages) to clear a wider drive than a simple plow would have done and they were very careful to not disturb the driveway stone under the snow. Their attention to detail on something as mundane as snow removal spoke volumes of their professionalism. Will definitely use again for snow removal and all our landscaping needs!"

"Thank you Start to Finish for making my house look beautiful. I contracted with this company almost a year ago, I was a client of Lawn Pride for almost 8 years. I don't regret the change at all. They are a great company, with solid values. They put the customer first, and their expertise and professionalism is subpar. I have used three different services from S2F, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. 1. They provide maintenance for my lawn, the combination of products they use is just perfect for my lawn, my grass is green, healthy and free of weeds. The technician is courteous and professional, he takes the time to put his machine through the small gate in the fenced backyard. He hasn't hit it once. Kudos for a great maneuvering skills. 2. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work. "Jim knows his "stuff" and was very easy to work with from start to finish! We had another company out prior to Knox and they did about $1,200 worth of work to try and fix the high levels in our septic tank only for it to fail less than two weeks later. We then called Knox and wished that we would have done that from the beginning. Jim diagnosed our septic tank failure in less than 15 minutes by probing all around our yard. He was very up front and honest with us about timelines/costs and he and his team replaced our entire system in less than a week with no surprises along the way! Jim was always available for any questions that popped up before the big dig and his communication throughout was outstanding. We just had our final walkthrough yesterday and my husband and I both have a good understanding of how our new system works, what needs to be done to maintain it, and we also know that if any issues or concerns arise, Knox will be right there to help us through them! Highly recommend this company! Added Bonus: My 5 year old son LOVES construction vehicles and Jim and his crew were so kind and friendly towards him during every encounter. The provider worked with us for several months planning the project, providing details, drawings, and estimates.

The greenhouse was ordered from an out of state provider, and delivered to the residence in a kit.  It's an 8'X10' glass and poly greenhouse.  The provider contructed a 4'X10'X4' cedar foundation (kneewall) in advance of the delivery of the kit. That construction was in enough time(several days)  to allow us to stain the cedar, before the delivery of the greenhouse. 

  On the day of delivery the provider was on site at the time of delivery to receive the items; several large glass shipping container and a number of smaller parcels. All delivered items were counted and verified by the provider. Within one day of delivery they began construction  with a two man crew.  The construction took several days, and was complicated by some errors that had been made by the greenhouse company- (shipping the wrong parts).  Nevertheless, from beginning to end the project went smoothly and in almost exactly the time estimated by the provider.

The greenhouse was part of a larger landscaping project also completed by this provider.  At all times the provider was attentive to our requests and timetable.  The provider was always available.  The workers, Steve the carpenter and Bill are efficient, competent and delightful to have around.  At all times they kept us informed of their progress (which was pretty obvious) and expected timetable for completion.
