"I called AA in the morning and they were out that afternoon! Our drains were running slow and backing up a little bit. We weren't sure exactly what the problem was but hadn't had our septic pumped since we moved in 4 years ago so hoped this would solve it. They charged a little extra to dig out the tank lid. It only took them 30 minutes start to finish - they hardly spent any time pumping. He told me we only had a 300 gallon tank, but they charge $225 up to 1,000 gallons. For us it seemed a little pricey, but for anyone with a 1,000 gallon tank, I think their prices are more than reasonable. A good experience all around - my drains are flushing fine now - all I'm worried about!"
