"The owner/project/estimator was professional, polite and knowledgeable about the tare-off and re-roof work I wanted done. The employees he sent to do the job were not. Only one of the 5 workers spoke any English. This made any questions/concerns that I had essentially unresolved. I attempted to mitigate this problem by contacting the owner and though he assured me that his workers now knew what to do, nothing changed. 1. The roofers removed the screen filters from 8 sections of my "Leaf Filter" gutter guards. I knew this because I found them , days later, in my trash can. I called the owner about this. He came and used a drone to visually check out my claim. The drone film showed nothing amiss and Patriot said that my claim wasn't valid. I knew the screens were missing because I was holding 4 screens in my hands. I called "Leaf Filter" to inspect. They did (for $25) and found that actually there were 8 screens missing! "Leaf Filter" replaced the 8 missing screens. 2."
