"Purchased tile grout work.  Was hoping worker would find minimal damage, and could just use the time to refresh grout, but knew that was unlikely.  He let me know about areas of damage / excessive wear that I'd suspected, and he verified.  He spent most of the time working on patching those areas, then refreshed some of the more "tired" areas before leaving.  Stayed longer than the allotted time, to be sure that the most needed areas were addressed, and I was billed later for the additional time.
