"When I inquired with the company for an estimate, the people on the phone were most courteous and knowledgeable about the process that would occur.  They were up front about cost and assured me that appointments would be kept.On the day of the work, Mike showed up right on time and got to work immediately.  He asked me several general questions so he could become oriented with the conditions of the pool and why I thought I had a leak.  Then, he made an inspection of the pool, the pump, spa, filters, etc. to assess their operation and condition.  Then he entered the pool with his snorkel and under water breathing mouthpiece and began checking the pool from end to end and from top to bottom.  Every exit and entry port was inspected as well as the surface areas of the pool.  This thorough inspection was not a rush job but a carefully conducted process that lasted well over an hour. When he was finished, he exited the pool and briefed me on his findings in a clear manner.  He explained the size of the leak I had and what my options were for remedying it.  He didn't try to sway me in any particular direction but did offer me insight as to the pros and cons of each alternative and their cost.  The alternative I selected was to have him apply an epoxy resin to the crack.  In response to my choice, he prepared his material and re entered the pool and applied the resin.  The job was well done and I'm sure it will last for several years, even though Mike cautioned me that he could not guarantee any length of time that the "patch" would remain effective.  I was satisfied with this alternative. When all was finished he prepared the bill.  The amount was exactly as quoted by the front office.  I paid him by check.I thanked him for his excellent, professional work and he left.This is written two days after Mike's work and the pool water level hasn't dropped at all.  This is a far cry from when the leak was not patched. I'm very satisfied with Mike's work and Florida Leak Locators, Inc. and highly recommend that anyone experiencing a pool leak problem use their services.  You won't be sorry."

"Frank was prompt , courteous and took off his shoes when entering the house. Frank was very personable and you can tell was concerned about doing a good job. The original reason I called him out was that my sump pump was running more often than normal due to a leak. I thought the leak was from outside. Frank found was the toilet in the basement that was causing the issue.
Frank also took the time at the end to give me advice on a DIY project I am going to tackle soon. Frank is definitely worth calling and I have added to my favorites on Angie's list.
