"I hired Cowboy Appliances Service and Repair to work on my oven. I have nothing bad to say about their services. When I sent in a report requesting services for my oven, they responded promptly. When there was still an issue with my oven after the technician first repaired it, I contacted them back after hours (that was the time when I used my oven after the services was completed) expressing my concerns. I wasn't ignored. I wasn't rushed off. My concerns were validated. The technician returned the very next day. He fixed the issue with my oven without charging me extra for the same problem or making up another problem to try to get more money out of me. I respect and appreciate that wholeheartedly giving that we live in an time where the economy is very high and some people and companies try to take advantage of their customers in their time of need. The customer service was great and down to earth. I would recommend this company to anyone needing services on their appliances."

"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."

They also came here for my stove because something when wrong with the door, the oven door. I have a commercial oven and he door just won't shut so something when wrong with it, and they fixed it. I think it was the air conditioner that went out. They replaced it, the whole thing. They were recommended to us by somebody who's been with them for years. And, like thank god because a year later the damn air conditioner went out. So we were able to use it."
