As you know and we now appreciate, the windows are quickly and easily cleaned entirely from the inside. Where tempered glass is presently required by building code (it wasnâ t when we built) weâ re now up to code. Ask me if I miss our old deteriorating and drafty double-hung wooden windows. Curb appeal of a house is always a subjective matter, but we noticed an improvement that was greater than we had anticipated. The finished installation fits in perfectly with our homeâ s architecture and adds a rich finishing touch. A substantial portion of the projectâ s cost will undoubtedly be recouped at resale time. Roofing Force was not the cheapest, but after studying reviews, they were the most qualified in the metal roofing we wanted. We definitely got we what paid for. The crew immediately got to work on arrival and didn't stop until it got to dark. All the work was completed in 2 days. Roof is amazing and should save on cooling cost in the summer and more resistant to Kansas weather (had asphalt shingles). The seamless gutters are amazing and the rough construction they did for us to fix the fascia boards is superb. These guys are worth every penny and more. So glad we went with Roofing Force. Their expertise in both detailing the work to be done, helping with the planning of work statement, ethics of the work crew (simply amazing how efficient and expertly completed), the work warranty as well as the warranty on Boral Steel roofing, ensures we wont have to deal with our roof for decades to come. And we also got a bonus of gutter shields so I don't have to climb up on the roof to clean out the fantastic seamless gutters. The new skylights are vastly superior to what we had (recommended by our sales rep Doug). Don't know If I get to add a picture of the work done for us, however, we could not be more pleased with Roofing Force. Simply awesome to work with and the end project result is more than we had hoped for. As far as price, just a few more dollars than their nearest competitor, but when looking at how long Roofing Force has been doing steel roofs, and the length of time their work force has been doing roofing (the crew working for us had 10-16 years of experience per individual with Roofing Force - they knew what they were doing), the buyer simply can not get a better deal or end result. Would without hesitation recommend Roofing Force for not only roofs, but their expertise in seamless gutter and sky lights."

"Joe Zuver and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing almost all of the windows, and all of the old worn out cedar shake shingles on my father-in-law's house.  This was a large job with over 30 squares of siding, and 6 large Anderson double-hung windows, replacement of  rotted out trim, a layer of foam insulation under the Certainteed Cedar Impressions siding, aluminum wrapping of all the fascia boards, and many other small details.  Joe came to the house several times to make sure his estimates were accurate prior to starting the job.  At no time did Joe ever put any pressure to buy anything or to use his company.  He was courteous, professional, and very accommodating to us and what we wanted to have done.   His crew worked many long days for almost two weeks from morning until almost dark and the job was completed as promised.  All leftover materials and trash were picked up every day, and placed in a dumpster which was hauled away after they finished.  All along the way,  Joe or one of his foremen kept all of us informed as to when the work would begin and what order each step would be completed.  The job was completed in two weeks and my father-in-law could not have been happier with the results.  Joe's final cost was many thousand dollars less than several other company's bids, but I am certain he did a much better job than what we would have gotten from these other companies.  I would have absolutely no hesitation to highly recommend his company to anyone.  If other home remodeling companies performed their work in  the same fashion as Joe Zuver, there would be fewer complaints about them.  Thanks Joe for a job well done."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
