"mr. reed came out when he said he would and give the estimate, he was right on time, and very nice. we had a couple of other estimate's done, although reed's was the highest(not by much) we chose to go with him. we could not be more pleased. they told us it would be about a three week wait, his men showed up at about that time and went to work that Monday, I work nights so at about 8:00 in the morning I was woke up, but I expected to be, they apologize (none needed). these guys worked all day, I think they have maybe felt sorry for waking me up, so they worked till 10:30 that night , and got the job done, they left off what they had to for the inspection the next day, but other than that it was done, and looked great. I can say that all five of the guys working were all very respectful and professional all day. it was very hot and these guys worked all day(didn't stop much at all).and I have to tell you that in the course of the day my spray nozzle off the hose got lost, the next day I ask the two that came back, and we looked for it and he called to ask the others about it, so I said no problem I can get another one and the matter was closed (no problem), when my wife went to pay the rest of the bill two days later in the bag of cookies for us was a spray nozzle, that meant a lot to us that we didn't even have to say anything to don about it...if your in this area and need a roof or any construction done I highly recommend don reed construction in lake city fl. <br />"

"I discovered a leak in my water service between the meter and the house.  I called to get a plumber around noon.  The lady that answered the phone was professional and explained that there were two people ahead of me and they would give me a call when they were on their way to my house.  They actually arrived at my house within two hours of my phone call.  Plumbers were John & Sam.  They were very professional and explained and showed me what needed to be done, repaired the pipe and checked the service inside the house when they were done.  I am very pleased with this company.  This is the 3rd time I have used them and I will definitely use them again.  One note.  They apparently go by the name Mr. Rooter now as I think they have bought the local Mr. Rooter franchise. <br />"
