"The project went great, from the first phone call to the end of the job. We were called a day before to confirm the arrival time, and the work crew arrived on schedule. It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. When we originally scheduled the job, we were given information on other services that Pioneer Basement provides, but at no time were we given any sales pitches. We're very confident that we picked the right firm to do our foundation repairs -- we'll definitely call them first for any similar work, and will recommend them to friends."

"Recently needed some waterproofing work done in my basement, proceeded to look up 3-4 different companies thet did basement water proofing work decided to go with Key Waterproofing and it was a "GREAT CHOICE"!!! Was notified as to when the job was to be done, 3 great guys showed up,right on time, went right to work installing a Sump-Pump in our basement floor to takecare of our water problems. "We had two cracks in our foundation. One crack was much more severe than the other. For the mason contractors to properly fix the inside and outside of the cracked foundation they had to take out an old concrete patio slab. They fixed the foundation cracks and put in a new slab, filled in three basement windows, replaced two basement windows, installed two window wells, installed drainage pipe for gutter run off, and added fill around the foundation to make positive grade. Serena and Bo kept us in the loop every day to tell us what work was being performed for each day. We will definitely be using Staats Masonry again for any of our other future concrete jobs."

"Tom just completed a whole house Mold Remediation for me. Attic & basement. The attic which is split into two wings was heavily infested (?), the basement not so bad. This job was complicated by the fact that one wing had no easy access to the attic space. Tom resolved that nicely. He constantly went above & beyond and definitely put in more hours tha he had expected. But- would not take any extra compensation! I would definitely reccommends him for any future work."

The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly.
