"The salesman was knowledgeable, professional and explained everything about the shower install well. I gave him a deposit of $3200. I did not hear from anyone so after 3 days I called but no one returned my call. Called back again a week later to cancel the order. Left a long message stating I did not want to cancel the order but was concerned because no one returned my calls. Finally, received a call from a regional manager. He connected me to a local manager who set up an install date a week later. The installers were polite and professional. Gave me some helpful advise. Job was completed in less than a day. The shower door came a week later. I have had the shower for over a month. It is beautiful. I love it. Quality work. I would highly recommend Premier Home Pros."

I was very pleased with the way the kitchen project progressed. The painters came first and painted walls and cabinets, then Kirt and Sean started their work. They installed a new wood floor with such attention to detail it was as though they were creating a work of art.
We had several unusual requests such as removing an oven from a stone wall and then changing the remaining hole into a built in bookshelf and designing a building 5 open shelves with decorative corbels and repurposing an unused closet into a pantry.
We were thrilled with the results,and the thing we appreciated most is they both kept telling us that the job was not over until we were perfectly satisfied with every detail; and they were true to their word! 

.Their prices were very reasonable and they were a delight to work with. Both Kirt and Sean were friendly, helpful and intent on pleasing.They were very punctual and reliable and at they end of the day everything was left neat and orderly.
I truly can't think of one negative experience we had with them.
