They agreed to give us the "Groupon" price discount. They came out on schedule and cleaned and inspected. As far as we could tell they did a good job. However, they found some problems and assured me they would send us a formal estimate to review; this has never arrived (>5 weeks later). It was also not clear that they ever figured out why we were having the unusual odors or what we needed to do about it.

"Opted to use another company for the roofing work.  The person who came to give me an estimate was nice, polite, prompt, and professional.  However, the company provided an estimate to replace my roof without ever even looking at the roof in person, other than from the ground level.  No one ever got on my roof or took measurements to calculate the estimate.  While it may be possible to obtain a rough estimate from satellite photos, there is no way to determine the extent of any damage to a roof without actually climbing up onto the roof and doing a visual inspection."

"It was excellent.  I called Mr. Will Smith and asked if he could come out and look at my kitchens and told him what I needed.  He said he could come and gave me a date. (It was within five days).  He gave me a date on when he would come and  proformed the work .  He was there on the date and did the inside.  Because I had a tin roof he was not able to do the chimnsey since it rain.  He was able to finish up shortly after.
This is not my current resident but an additionall property on Chrissy Drive, Pinson, AL which I am putting it up for sell. "
